Cape Cod third day

Started off real slow for all of us. After a long slog out to the beach at Morris Island, we got there too late after the tide, but fished for a while anyway for no results.
Went back to the cottage for a fly tying session then back out where Dave got a few schools, but Greg and I were batting an o’fer.
With the sun set and darkness on us, we slogged back, but on the way decided to take a shot at some shallow, flat water. The thing was loaded with schoolies and I managed to hook five, but only landed two, with one being a decent 20”. Beats going home with the smell of skunk on me.
Haven’t taken many photos and zero video as I’m too busy fishing.
